Hello LCCC Readers, I’m excited to introduce myself as one of the editors for The Paw Print this semester! My name is Anthony DeVenuta, and it’s been an interesting change of pace transitioning from a writer to an editor here at LCCC. Last semester, I was on the other side of things—crafting stories and first experiencing what it’s like to see my words in print. Now, as an editor, I get the unique opportunity to help others find their voice and help support our journalism students in sharing their stories with you.

One of my favorite things about being an editor is seeing the passion and dedication each of our writers brings to their work. Every piece, whether it’s a blog, article, or column, tells a story, and it’s inspiring to see the diversity of perspectives in our writers. With such a vibrant community here at LCCC I believe our lineup of stories truly reflects the experiences, challenges, and successes that make our campus special.

I hope you find the articles we’ve put together as enjoyable as I have. Whether you’re looking to be informed, entertained, or just feel a little more connected to campus life, there’s something here for everyone. I can’t wait for you to dive in and see what our team has created!
