Letter From the Editor

As a writer, I have always struggled with revising my work once it’s done. I used to think that if I changed anything, it would take the authenticity out of my writing. As an editor, however, I’ve discovered that revisions are what transform a good piece into a great piece.

Throughout the semester I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with so many talented students to develop and elevate their work. It has been such a rewarding process to merge different writing styles and perspectives to create something even better than the original.

I am beyond proud of the progress we’ve all made this semester and I hope that both writers and readers can look back on, and feel good about the work they’ve produced and how much they’ve grown.
