Letter From The Editor
Caroline Sweeney | Editor
Hello Paw Print Readers,
One of my favorite quotes comes from Winston Churchill: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is courage to continue that counts.” I love this quote because it reminds me that success or failure isn’t what matters most—it’s the courage to keep going despite challenges.
As this semester comes to a close, so does my time as editor of the Paw Print. I want to extend a huge thank you to our writers for all their hard work. Learning a new style of writing isn’t always easy, but I’m so impressed with the courage and open-mindedness shown by our writers. It has been a pleasure to learn about their individual passions and see them come through in their writing. They took on the challenge of learning something new, and should be very proud of that. Their efforts will definitely pay off in the future.
I’d also like to thank Professor Heimann for the opportunity to be an editor this semester. This experience has helped me grow a lot, both as a student and as a person, and I’m truly grateful for the chance to be involved.
Lastly, to my fellow editors Healley and Tony, thank you for all your hard work as well. The Paw Print wouldn't be possible with just one person, and I really appreciate your teamwork and dedication to making it all come together.
As Churchill said, success is not final, and I’m excited for the opportunities ahead. And while I search for those opportunities, I remain very grateful for the skills I have learned from being an editor and confident that those skills will continue to serve me in the future.
