Bleeding Green to the Super Bowl

This is to all the Eagles fans out there.
Jalen Hurts, the Super Bowl-winning quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles, has proven a valuable point to every person–that in order to get what you want, you have to work hard.
You might be wondering how it all happened. It all started at Alabama University, where he was benched for Tua Tagovailoa, the Dolphin's current quarterback, in the national championship game. Shortly after that, Hurts was forced to transfer to Oklahoma University.
Then things got slightly better when the Philadelphia Eagles selected him in the second round of the NFL draft, which was the most highly criticized decision in the draft. This was because the team already had a quarterback.
Then it started picking up even more. Hurts managed to start his rookie year, however, he was criticized for not being a traditional quarterback. The way he kept his cool helped because after his first Super Bowl loss in 2023 he was called out for lack of arm talent.
Finally, we fast-forward to 2025. Hurts has now taken the Philadelphia Eagles to another Super Bowl and completely blew the best team in the NFL out of the water. With that being said, my point throughout this blog is that you are the only one in control of your destiny. This means you could do anything if you put the work in, which is inspiring for college students–or anybody else for that matter. Go, Birds!
