Life Changing Health Journey

For some time now I have been unhappy with the way I look, eat, and feel, however recently things have been changing for the better.

On Nov. 13, 2023, I spoke to a nutritionist and other medical personnel. I spoke about how I have been feeling about my body and how I would like to change things for the better. When I initially told them this, it made me super nervous about what they might say. They told me I don't have to change a lot, rather I just need to make some minor adjustments. The only things that I need to do is exercise more and eat healthier.

Right after I consulted with the nutritionist and medical personnel, I went to the store and changed little things about my diet such as buying different milks and breads and getting more veggies and fruits. I decided to begin drinking more water and changing the portions of my meals. After the first week of my new diet, my life has immensely changed; I feel so much happier and healthier. In addition, I already lost eight pounds.

This is only the start of it all. As the weeks go on, I progressively do more activities or exercise. I am so glad because at this point in my life, I'm able to say life is turning around for the better. Thinking back to before this all happened, I wondered why I didn't start earlier in life!
